Which plan fits?
Most people start free and stay there until a portal becomes ongoing work. Teams upgrade when several people need the same themes; agencies upgrade when client separation and review handoff start to matter.
| You are | Best fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One portal owner | Free or Pro | Edit locally for free; add sync, history, and the deploy kit when the portal becomes a recurring responsibility. |
| A company with seasonal campaigns | Pro or Team | Keep holiday and campaign variants organized, and approve the active design before it rolls out. |
| A freelancer or consultant | Pro or Agency | Separate client work, duplicate concepts, and send clean review previews without sharing your account. |
| An agency or SI partner | Agency | Client workspaces, reusable base themes, team roles, and deploy-ready handoff across your whole book. |
| Enterprise | Custom | Procurement, security review, SSO, and high portal counts. Talk to us. |
Common questions
What stays free?
The editing loop: pick elements on your live portal, restyle them visually, merge with your existing head CSS, and copy or download the result. That is free with no account, and it stays free. The free tier is the product, not a trial.
What happens after July 31, 2026?
Paid features (cloud sync, named themes, teams, version history, account deploy kits) will need a subscription. Local editing and CSS export keep working exactly as before. Anything you synced stays safely stored and is available again the moment you subscribe.
My company blocks browser extensions. Is OmniStyler still useful?
Yes. The web studio runs in any modern browser with no install: scoped portal CSS, OmniScript styling, design tokens, merge, and the same deploy kit. The extension adds live point-and-click editing on the real portal when you can use it.
Does OmniStyler see my portal or my org?
No. OmniStyler never connects to your Salesforce org and never sees your credentials. On the free tier, nothing leaves your browser at all. When you sign in and sync, only the CSS rules you choose to save are stored against your account, and pasted portal CSS is treated as private data and never logged. Details in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly through Stripe, cancel whenever you like, and access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your themes remain stored and exportable.
Is there an AppExchange listing?
It is on the roadmap. OmniStyler works through standard Experience Cloud head markup and static resources, so it needs no package installed in your org. For procurement or security review, email [email protected].
